Mille Product use and care:

Made from porcelain high- fired at 1360 C, Mille can be used everyday in the refrigerator, freezer, in the oven or microwave. However, avoid exposing your Mille porcelain to extreme temperature variations, for instance from the refrigerator into the hot oven. Likewise, avoid any hard knocks and bumps that could cause the porcelain to crack. If used correctly you can use your Mille porcelain for years to come without any visible signs of use.
